For this Italian recipe, we recommend using la Gillotine bread, an organic farmhouse bread made with 90% wheat flour and 10% rye flour. Both flours are locally sourced.
To make your Bruschetta, you will need :
(Preparation for one person)
- 2 large slices of bread
- 2 tomatoes (preferably of the “Roma” variety)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt
- ¼ clove garlic
Preparation :
- Finely dice the tomatoes and place in a bowl with the oil and salt.
- Toast the slices of bread and rub the garlic against them.
- Place the tomato mixture on the slice of bread.
- Enjoy straight away!
