Our bakery
Chez Charles bakery is a tribute to our grandparents. Those years when conviviality, generosity and sharing were the fundamentals of living together.
A time when each village had a bakery, a café and a lively square to celebrate each day.
Opening a bakery in the village of Gilly les Citeaux also fulfilled a very important criteria for us: to regain a feeling of village spirit and proximity to local residents. Being able to offer a simple service is very important for us, but also for a village and its inhabitants.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported us since the beginning of this adventure.
